A: First, contact us! Email us through our contact page with the date/time of your event, estimated guest count, and beverage service needed.
Once we confirm that date/ time is available, we will confirm with a quote. A non-refundable deposit will be required to officially book your date.
We will handle the rest.

What's your payment policy?
We require 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your event. If booking less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.
We are happy to work with clients who need to reschedule their event for a later date.
Should you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 30 days notice.
Rescheduled dates must be within 6 months of the original date, and depends on availability.

DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
Yes! We carry General and Liquor Liability Coverage. We can provide proof when needed.
For any permits that may be needed it is the clients responsibility to secure those.
Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us!

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
A: No. We do not provide ALCOHOL! We legally cannot provide alcohol with your booking under MS liquor licensing laws. Our Mobile Bar provides everything else you need for your bartending service.
Due to Mississippi liquor laws, we cannot provide alcohol. Party Sip Mobile Bar is a dry bar for hire and follows Mississippi liquor laws. We do not sell beverages. Our mobile bar is rented to disperse the beverages our client’s purchase.
We will help you decide on your drink menu, and quantities, and will coordinate the order and delivery of alcohol.

Do you have a rainy day policy?
Due to our booking model, In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Party Sips does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain
Adjustments may be made on the event day for rain delays. Hosts must plan for inclement weather with tent cover. The bar may close for staff safety in dangerous conditions. Consider event insurance for protection.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit.
